Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WorkoutMe mobile app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use WorkoutMe. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

2. What WorkoutMe does

WorkoutMe lets you submit links to workout videos and returns structured workouts generated from that content, which you can organize, edit, schedule, and track. The generated content is produced by automated systems and may contain errors or omissions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

You are responsible for the links and content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to use them.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in WorkoutMe. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We may process submitted videos through third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

WorkoutMe offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (“Pro”). Paid subscriptions are sold as auto-renewing in-app purchases through Apple.

6. Plan limits and fair use

Free accounts include a limited number of workout extractions per month. Pro plans are offered for ordinary personal use and are subject to fair-use limits to protect the Service and other users from abuse, automated bulk use, or activity that materially exceeds typical individual usage. We may apply reasonable rate limits and, where use is abusive or automated, restrict or suspend access. We will act reasonably and, where practical, give notice before restricting a paying account.

7. Health and fitness disclaimer

WorkoutMe provides fitness information for general, informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a qualified physician or fitness professional before starting any exercise program, and stop and seek help if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use workouts at your own risk. Content generated from third-party videos may be inaccurate or unsafe for your individual circumstances.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by WorkoutMe and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to the underlying software beyond the limited right to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated workouts will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkoutMe and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, injury, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local law requires otherwise.
